老人福祉センターの建築計画に関する研究 第1報

Abstract

In planning better facilities of the welfare center for the aged, it is necessary, in the first place, to verify the real problems after grasping characters and functions of the existing centers and their actval situation of the use. To begin with, We have started the study from the housing point of view, and this is the summary of my conclusion derived from 58 places scattered throughout the country, investigated as of Cect. 10, 1967, by inquiry concerning environments, business conditions, scales, state of the use, etc. and also by survey and analysis of the actual circumstances of private users and the extent of their facility utilizations in big cities where traffic network has been highly developed, in the examples of public establishments at Tokyo Setagaya, Tokyo Itabashi, Musashino and Nagoya.
